Terms of Use Agreement
By joining FanChat, creators agree to:

Creator Eligibility & Account
To qualify as a FanChat Creator, you must be 18 years or older, complete identity verification (KYC), and provide valid bank/payout credentials.
Monetization & Payout Rules
Creators earn revenue through paid chats, 1-on-1 calls, live session ticket sales, and fan gifts. Payouts are transferred automatically subject to threshold limits and fraud checks.
Live Sessions & 1-on-1 Calls
Creators are expected to maintain professional conduct, fulfill scheduled sessions, and provide high-quality fan interactions.
Content Rights & Restrictions
Creators retain ownership of original material while agreeing not to upload copyrighted, defamatory, or prohibited content.
Account Termination & Holds
FanChat reserves the right to suspend creator accounts or freeze earnings in cases of policy violations, chargeback fraud, or illegal behavior.
