By creating an account, joining FanChat, using our services, becoming a creator, or interacting with other users, you agree to follow these Terms of Use.

1. Using FanChat

FanChat allows users to discover and interact with creators through features such as:

• 💬 One-to-one messaging and chat
• 📞 Audio and video calls with creators
• 🎥 Creator-hosted sessions and live experiences
• 🎁 Sending and receiving virtual gifts
• 💰 Creator earning and monetization features
• ⭐ Creator profiles, content, and fan interactions

You agree to use FanChat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are an important part of the FanChat community. By becoming a creator, you agree to:

• Provide genuine and respectful interactions with users.
• Create and host sessions responsibly.
• Clearly communicate session details, availability, and applicable charges.
• Share only content that you own or are authorized to use.
• Avoid misleading users about your identity, services, availability, or earnings.
• Respect users and maintain professional behavior during chats, calls, and sessions.
• Follow all applicable laws, platform policies, and community guidelines.
• Avoid requesting or encouraging users to make payments outside approved FanChat payment methods.
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of users you interact with.

Creators are responsible for the content and interactions they provide through their accounts.

3. Fan & User Responsibilities

Users joining FanChat agree to:

• Treat creators and other users with respect.
• Use the platform only for legitimate and lawful purposes.
• Avoid harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior.
• Respect creator boundaries during chats, calls, and sessions.
• Not record, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit creator content without permission.
• Not impersonate creators, celebrities, or other users.
• Not use FanChat to facilitate illegal activities or unauthorized transactions.
• Follow applicable payment, refund, and platform rules.

4. Audio & Video Calls

FanChat may allow users to connect directly with creators through audio and video calls.

During calls, users and creators must:

• Communicate respectfully.
• Avoid abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior.
• Not share or request prohibited content.
• Respect the privacy and boundaries of the other participant.
• Not use the call feature for unlawful purposes.

FanChat may take action against accounts that misuse calling features or violate platform policies.

5. Creator Sessions

Creators may create sessions where fans can join and interact with them.

Creators are responsible for:

• Providing accurate session information.
• Being available at the scheduled time whenever reasonably possible.
• Delivering the experience described to users.
• Maintaining appropriate conduct throughout the session.
• Following FanChat's rules regarding payments, cancellations, and user safety.

FanChat reserves the right to cancel, restrict, or remove sessions that violate our policies.

6. Virtual Gifts

FanChat may provide virtual gifting features that allow users to send gifts to creators as part of their interaction.

Users understand that:

• Virtual gifts are intended for use within the FanChat platform.
• Gifts must not be used for illegal transactions or prohibited activities.
• Gift transactions may be subject to applicable platform rules and payment terms.
• Creators may receive eligible earnings associated with virtual gifts according to FanChat's applicable earning policies.

Virtual gifts do not represent ownership, investment, or any financial interest in FanChat.

7. Creator Earnings & Monetization

FanChat may provide eligible creators with opportunities to earn money through supported platform features, including sessions, calls, gifts, or other monetization programs.

Creator earnings may be subject to:

• Platform fees or commissions
• Payment processing charges
• Applicable taxes and statutory deductions
• Minimum withdrawal requirements
• Verification requirements
• Other conditions communicated by FanChat

Creators must provide accurate information required for payment and verification.

FanChat may temporarily hold, review, adjust, or restrict earnings where there is suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

8. Payments

Users may be required to make payments to access certain FanChat features or creator services.

You agree that:

• Payment information must be accurate and authorized.
• You will not use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, reverse, or abuse legitimate transactions.
• Payments should be completed only through FanChat's approved payment mechanisms.

Additional payment, refund, cancellation, and withdrawal terms may apply to specific services.

9. Content Ownership

Creators and users may upload or share content through FanChat.

You retain ownership of content that you legally own. However, by uploading or sharing content on FanChat, you grant FanChat the permissions necessary to host, display, transmit, and operate that content as part of the platform.

You must not upload or share:

• Copyrighted content without authorization
• Content belonging to another person without permission
• Fraudulent or misleading material
• Malicious software or harmful files
• Illegal or prohibited content
• Content that violates another person's privacy or rights

10. Prohibited Activities

FanChat does not permit activities including, but not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discriminatory abuse
• Fraud, scams, or financial manipulation
• Impersonation or identity deception
• Illegal activities
• Unauthorized payment transactions
• Spam or malicious activity
• Sharing stolen or unauthorized content
• Attempts to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Abuse or manipulation of creator earnings, gifts, calls, or sessions
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or FanChat policies

11. Community Guidelines

We want FanChat to remain a safe and enjoyable environment for both creators and users.

Everyone on the platform is expected to:

FanChat may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account:

• Violates these Terms of Use.
• Violates community guidelines.
• Engages in fraud or suspicious activity.
• Misuses payments, gifts, calls, or monetization features.
• Creates a safety or security risk.
• Participates in illegal or prohibited activities.

Creators may also lose access to sessions, calls, monetization, or pending earnings where permitted by applicable policies and law.

13. User Safety & Reporting

If you experience harassment, suspicious behavior, fraud, abuse, or another violation of FanChat policies, you should report the account or activity through the available reporting channels.

FanChat may review reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

14. Privacy

Your use of FanChat is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may collect and process information necessary to provide accounts, communication, payments, security, creator services, and other platform features.

Users and creators are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and should not share passwords, authentication codes, or other security information.

15. Changes to FanChat

FanChat may introduce new features, modify existing features, or update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version may be published on the platform. Continued use of FanChat after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

16. Acceptance of These Terms

By clicking "I Agree", creating an account, becoming a creator, purchasing a service, joining a session, sending a gift, making a call, or otherwise using FanChat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
